Please Read All Policies Before Booking
DEPOSIT : A $75 deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable and act as a cancellation fee.
FINAL PAYMENT : Remaining balance is due upon arrival at the location of event.
PUNCTUALITY : Please arrive on time for your scheduled shoot or event. A 10min grace period is allowed. After the grace period, a $25 late fee will be applied. If you are late more than 30 minutes your services will be cancelled with no extension or refund.
TRAVEL FEES : Travel fees may apply depending on the location of your shoot or event.
RESCHEDULES : One reschedule is allowed if the new date is booked within 2 weeks of the original session. Same day rescheduling request will incur a $25 fee.

EVENT COVERAGE $600 for 3hrs ($100 per hr. for additional hrs.)
This package includes a 90 second recap video, 20 edited photos, access to all unedited raw photos. Turnaround time can range from 1-5 days depending on workload.
PAPARAZZI PACKAGE $200 for 1hr ($75 per hr. for additional hrs.) add a 45sec video reel for $65
This package is designed for clients who want photos taken before, during, and after a event. Rxch Visuals will arrive at location and snap paparazzi style photos making you feel like the celebrity you are. This package is good for arrival and departure of events, birthday parties, behind the scenes photos, studio sessions, concerts, corporate events, and more.... Turnaround time typically ranges from 1-2 days depending on workload.
VIDEO COVERAGE $550 for 3hrs ($100 per hr. for additional hrs.)
This option is geared towards clients who only want video coverage of their event. Receive a high quality cinematic video covering your event which highlights all your special moments. Turnaround time can range from 2-4 days depending on workload.
